Our in house team of specialists, manage the process from start to finish, including carefully inventorying and packing items for removal to our very own secure, climate-controlled facility for storage. Once there, technicians use advanced techniques to restore items to their pre-loss condition, though some may be deemed beyond repair.
Restoration process
- Assessment: Specialists assess the damage to determine what can be salvaged and what should be disposed of.
- Packing and removal: Technicians carefully pack, label, and transport items to a secure storage facility, creating a detailed inventory.
- Cleaning and repair: Specialized techniques such as ultrasonic cleaning, freeze-drying, and ozone treatments are used to clean and repair affected items. Specialized services like dry cleaning and document restoration are also often organised.
- Validation: The process is recorded with photos and an inventory to help with insurance claims.
- Storage in our Secure facility: Items are stored in a secure, climate-controlled environment to prevent further damage.
- Inventory management: A detailed inventory is maintained to track every item.
- Return: Once the home is habitable, the restored and undamaged items are returned to the property.
